1. Scope of Services

1.1 Turf-Crafters provides turf installation, maintenance, and related services as outlined in the service agreement between Turf-Crafters and the client.

1.2 Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to separate terms and conditions or amendments to the existing agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

2.1 All quotes and estimates provided by Turf-Crafters are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change upon further assessment by Turf-Crafters.

2.2 Any additional costs incurred due to changes in project scope, site conditions, or other factors beyond Turf-Crafters’ control will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided by Turf-Crafters.

3.2 Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

3.3 Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe may accrue interest at a rate determined by Turf-Crafters.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

4.1 Turf-Crafters warrants that all materials and workmanship will be of satisfactory quality and conform to industry standards.

4.2 Any defects or issues with the turf installation or maintenance services provided by Turf-Crafters will be rectified at no additional cost to the client, subject to the terms of the warranty.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1 Turf-Crafters shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the client’s misuse of the turf or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures.

5.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold Turf-Crafters harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a specified timeframe.

6.2 Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees or costs owed to Turf-Crafters for services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments
